To share the miracles and prayers that were brought about through the the sacrifice of Jesus Christ's blood.
God promised a new covenant to humanity (Jer 31:31), a permanent contract with his people.
Noah and Abraham sealed their respective pacts with God through blood sacrifice as well.
The seal of blood reflects what each party's commitment was to one another and the future. The shedding of the life sustaining blood of humanity.
King David also had blood sacrifices done in the hundreds at the Jerusalem temple.
The blood of the animal was a symbol of the blood of the people and of God that was sprinkled on both parties, the altar (symbolizing God) and the people.
Each sacrifice was a renewal of the promise between God and humanity after the latter broke away.
Jeremiha goes on to profess that the law will become one with humanity for those who are His (God's) People (Jer 31:33).
At Passover, Jesus states:
"This is My body given for you."
Emphasis is then placed over the second offering:
"This is the chalice of My blood, the Blood of the New and Eternal Covenant which will be poured out for you and for many for the forgiveness of sins."
God's lifeblood is offered through Jesus' sacrificial offering.
The Law, manifested in Jesus, is written upon the hearts of humanity, our hearts.
Jesus' body is the source of the sacrificial blood, the essence that calls out to humanity for its redemption, salvation, and ascent.
Both blood and body are consumed by the participants in the sacrifice carried out by the High Priest.
